From Surviving to Thriving™ is a 10-week entrepreneurial development experience designed to help early-stage business owners move beyond day-to-day survival and build businesses with greater clarity, confidence, and intention.
Through guided learning, practical tools, meaningful conversations, and hands-on application, participants assess where they are, strengthen their business foundations, and develop actionable strategies for sustainable growth.
At the heart of the experience is a five-stage framework that guides entrepreneurs from understanding their current reality to building the confidence, systems, and strategies needed for their next level of growth.
